1.20.12-New Music Blog Coming Soon
Foster McGinty is in the midst of writing and recording new music in Woodstock, NY. A blog dedicated to the creative process surrounding the new music, documented/updated regularly by Foster McGinty, is coming to www.fostermcginty.com soon. The blog will be updated weekly with behind the scenes photos, videos, and music clips from brand new songs. 1.4.12-'Different America' Recorded In Woodstock!
Foster McGinty's latest single 'Different America' was recorded in Woodstock on Dec. 27th-29th with Michael A. Judeh, Billy Ryan, and Chelsea McGinty. Stay tuned for the release date, music video, and more! 

12.13.11-New Single 'Different America' coming 2012
Foster McGinty has announced that he and producer/engineer Michael Judeh will be teaming up again to record McGinty's latest single, 'Different America'. Recording will begin on Dec. 28th in Woodstock, New York and 'Different America' will be released as a single along side a music video in early 2012. Special guest Billy Ryan (Mad Larry, The Bogmen, Gordon Gano and The Ryans) will be recording mandolin on the track. 'Different America' will have an acoustic feel--much different than the electric fuzz featured on 2009's Peach Red and 2011's Chateau Fiasco. The track displays another side of McGinty's songwriting and will feature his slide guitar playing for the first time. www.fostermcginty.com will continue to post updates as details unfold.

In radio news, on Saturday night Foster McGinty's song 'Chelsea In Stripes' was played along side the Hendrix classic 'Little Wing' on Radio Woodstock (WDST 100.1 Woodstock, NY) by DJ Ida on her program 'The Heavy/Light Show'. 'Chelsea In Stripes' is one of 11 songs from McGinty's 2011 release Chateau Fiasco (available on itunes). 

11.8.2011-Peach Red Music Video Sampler
Making the music videos for Foster McGinty's debut album Peach Red was a blast and the fun had during each collaboration comes through in the videos. Check out the 'Peach Red Music Video Sampler' at www.youtube.com/fostermcginty.
